Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS) (ME) treatment
at the Huddersfield and Manchester Hypnotherapy Clinic
Chronic Fatigue Syndrome is characterised primarily by excessive feelings of fatigue which have no medical explanation.
The commonly recognised criteria for CFS are
Severe fatigue that has an effect on mental and physical capabilities.
This fatigue must persist for 6 months or more.
This fatigue must be present for at least 50% of the time.
There is a recognised time when symptoms began.
Other symptoms may be experienced but fatigue is the main symptom.
There should be no reasonable medical explanation for the fatigue.
