What is hypnotherapy?
Hypnotherapy is a term given to the usage of hypnotic phenomena
to create positive changes in peoples lives. At the Huddersfield
Hypnotherapy Clinic I offer two forms of hypnotherapy: these are
"suggestion
therapy" and "Pure Hypnoanalysis".
Hypnotherapy at the Huddersfield Hypnotherapy Clinic (Yorkshire, UK) or the Manchester
Hypnotherapy Clinic (Manchester, UK) can be used to assist people to stop doing things that have a
negative impact on their lives like having phobias of things
or situations, smoking cigarettes, or eating too much food
and can be used to enable people to begin doing things that will
have a positive impact on their lives such as begin exercising
regularly and beginning to have an interest in healthy foods.
Hypnosis can cure many psychosomatic ailments that cause suffering
to human beings. These include eating disorders, obsessions and
compulsions, phobias and the effects of trauma and abuse (experienced
either as an adult or child).
Hypnotherapy can also be used to effectively help people be better
at things. For example, hypnotherapy can enhance sports performance
(running, weight training, body building, cycling, etc.) and can
also be used to enhance learning and studying ablilities.
The positive uses of hypnotherapy extend as far as the imagination.
